£70mil Shariah loan arranged for a large Saudi Family Office against a prime London office building. The asset was owned in a Jersey Trust and financed by a German bank based in London. We were able to negotiate better terms than the client’s appointed advisors; CBRE and had to navigate 4 teams of lawyers, work with the structuring team and oversaw the execution of all conditions precedent through the entire process.
Large Single Stock Financing
$300mil financing arranged against large single stock assets for a GCC based client. We not only sourced and structured better financing terms than the internal team was able to locate, but advised on broader hedging and risk strategies across the portfolio which was valued at $1.6bn at the time.
Mid-Market Buyout
UK based family-owned automotive supply chain business, where we structured and financed a £30mil buyout with a Saudi family office, and led by a reputable UK industrialist who Chaired the new business.
Real Estate Equity
£60mil of equity raised for two private super-prime London developers that we financed from two leading family offices.
